Melissa Oyen is a Licensed Physical Therapist with clinical experience in acute care and outpatient pediatric, orthopedic, and neuro settings.

Melissa graduated from Eastern Washington University in Cheney, Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. She then went on to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Eastern Washington University in Spokane, Washington.

Melissa started with Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists in 2022 and primarily works at the NWOS Physical Therapy on North Division at the Y. Prior to joining NWOS, she provided rehabilitation to outpatient pediatric patients at Shriner’s Hospital for Children and acute orthopedic care to patients at Providence Mount Carmel Hospital.

In her free time, Mel enjoys coaching and playing soccer, and getting outdoors with family, friends, and her dog, Ollie.
