Occupational and Hand Therapy
Occupational and Hand Therapy is now available at three NWOS locations - on the South Hill on 57th, North Division at the Y, and in the Spokane Valley off Pines, on Sinto. Our highly skilled team of Certified Hand Therapists serves the Spokane community for any problem affecting the hands and upper extremity. Our hand therapists can effectively treat and rehabilitate patients through post-operative rehabilitation, preventative, non-operative or conservative treatment.
Some of the injuries/conditions we treat include:
- Accidents or trauma, resulting in wounds, scars, burns, injured tendons or nerves, fractures, or even amputations of the fingers, hands or arms
- Conditions repetitive in nature such as carpal tunnel syndrome and tennis elbow
- Chronic problems such as poor posture, arthritis or a neurological condition to adapt and preserve function and independence
