New Patient Portal Coming Soon: Epic’s MyChart
Effective February 18, 2026, Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists will begin using Epic and MyChart, a secure online patient portal.
We know our patients lead busy, active lives — and healthcare should fit into them, not the other way around. MyChart makes it easier to stay connected to your care and manage your orthopedic health — anytime, anywhere.
What you need to know right now
- No action is required today.
- Beginning February 9th, our team will start scheduling upcoming appointments in MyChart.
- Beginning February 11th, you can create your NWOS MyChart account at: nwos.epicmychart.com.
- If you already use MyChart through another medical practice, you will still need to create your NWOS MyChart account first. After that, you’ll have the option to link accounts and view your information in one place. We’ll share full details about linking accounts when our NWOS MyChart portal officially goes live on February 18th.
