New Patient Portal is Live - NWOS is now on MyChart
As of February 18, 2026, Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists has transitioned to a new electronic medical record (EMR) platform — NWOS is now using Epic and MyChart for our secure online patient portal.
We know our patients lead busy, active lives — and healthcare should fit into them, not the other way around. MyChart makes it easier to stay connected to your care and manage your orthopedic health — anytime, anywhere.
Getting Started
To access your care in MyChart, you'll first need to create an NWOS MyChart account.
Use the link below and click Sign Up. On the Sign Up screen, you may enter an activation code if you have received one. If not, simply choose “Sign up with your information” and follow the prompts to complete your account setup.
Already have MyChart?
If you already use MyChart through another healthcare organization, you will still need to create your NWOS MyChart account first. Once your account is created, you will have the option to link your MyChart accounts and view all of your information in one place.

What you can do in MyChart
- Manage appointments
- Complete eCheck-In and visit forms
- Send secure messages to your care team
- Request prescription refills (when applicable)
- View test results and visit notes
- Pay bills and view statements
- Receive appointment reminders
Tip: MyChart is also available as a mobile app. Search “MyChart” in the App Store or Google Play and connect to Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists.
Billing & Payments
For visits on or after February 18, 2026, billing is managed through MyChart. You have the option to:
- Pay through your NWOS MyChart account
- Use the Pay as Guest option without logging in
For visits prior to February 18, 2026, please use the payment link below:
Online payment for visits prior to February 18, 2026 will remain available through March 16, 2026. After that date, please contact our billing team for assistance.
