The Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists on-site billing department is available Monday through Friday 8am-5pm to assist you regarding your insurance and billing.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and CareCredit, as well as checks and cashier's checks. As of August 14th, 2023, we will no longer be accepting cash. Please note that payment is due at the time of service.

As of February 18, 2026, Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists now offers online bill payment through MyChart, our secure patient portal.
