We understand the importance of accessible healthcare. That's why we're offering sports physicals at a self-pay fee of just $50.00 per physical. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, or checks for payment convenience.

Appointment Availability

Sports physicals will be available 4 days per week (Tuesday-Friday) at all three NWOS Express Clinic locations, for all patients 11-19 years of age. Appointments can be scheduled online at one of the links below. However, please note that these appointments are limited, so we encourage you to reserve your slot as soon as possible.
